“I started doing yoga at Yoga Essence Studio in Celbridge from January this year and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I've ever made. It has totally changed my life!
I have incorporated all the qualities of relaxation and self awareness I get from yoga into every aspect of my life and find even though life is still as busy as ever, my stress levels have certainly decreased. No mean feature with two young children! The teachers are very helpful and patient and the studio itself is an oasis of calm. I would highly recommend it to anyone".
