Relax and explore with a beautiful morning of Yoga for deep rest, relaxation and renewal. Restorative Yoga provides deep healing for body and mind through gentle use of supports and blankets to release inner tension and deeply relax.

Spend a morning of gentle re-balancing and release as you learn to unfold deep tension in the body. An amazing, safe and very gentle practice if you have tight muscles, are recovering from injury. Also excellent to improve posture, to help with re-occurring tension in the body. Somatic movement will compliment any sporting activities, yoga or any movement practice. Suitable for all!

We are delighted to introduce to the studio the amazing benefits of Sound Healing Therapy through the uniquely soft sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Drum and other instruments that offer natural sounds that gently restore and bring harmony back to the mind an body, deeply relaxing. Lying out supported on mat covered in cosy blankets and use of eye pillows, you are guided into a deep relaxation to prepare for the healing.
