Spring is on the air! Open your heart to a morning of self compassion and care. 

Discover how our true essential nature is Peace, learn how to relax into a peaceful body, mind & spirit through deep, restful yoga.

 

We only search for what is unknowingly already inside us! To find our own inner peace, we need to move beyond the busy and restless mind and into deep inner stillness of our own hearts. Its there waiting all along! Join Sonya for a morning of deep rest and nourishing movements as we move deeper into a more relaxed body and mind will then follow. We create a sense of unravelling and allow tension to seep away ....

Through this workshop, rejuvenate body, mind and heart with slow and mindful gentle yoga movement to include restorative movements over cosy supports. This class will gently open and bring balance to the body and mind replenishing energy. These gentle postures aid the body to heal using no muscular effort. Restful Yoga may help to reduce stress and may be very helpful for those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression or any other health issues. It may also be very beneficial for those with problems sleeping.

We include a gorgeous heart meditation for the season, a long guided relaxation with gentle sounding using the Himalayan Singing Bowls to bring you to a soothing place of deep rest.  We hope that you leave feeling restored, energised and relaxed ready to embrace the warmth of your Soul and all the new beginnings that Springtime has to offer you!

 

Sound Healing

We are delighted to introduce the amazing benefits of Sound Healing through the uniquely soft sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Hand held Gong and other instruments that offer natural sounds that gently restore and bring harmony back to the mind an body, deeply relaxing.  Lying out in Shavasana (lying out supported on mat) covered in cosy blankets and use of eye pillows, be carried away to bliss ......

We hope you leave feeling restored, energised and relaxed ready for your week ahead.

Everybody is welcome to this class, with or without prior experience of yoga and meditation. 

Suitable from 15wks if pregnant.  Please advise the teacher prior to class so appropriate modifications can be offered.

 

What to Bring

Yoga mats & blankets are provided but feel free if you wish to use your own for extra support. 
Wear comfortable layered clothing and layer in cosy socks as the body may cool down a lot during the class.
Bring a bottle of water if you need.
