Through our beautiful offerings of yoga, meditation and sound healing, through these wonderful practices for body, mind and heart, they bring balance of health and wellbeing. Reduce stress, breathe better, move with ease, live well!
Weekly classes and themed workshops are held BOTH in-person and live online. We have a wonderful community of students classes both inperson and online and have grown in a way that we facilitate a chat within the group before class as this connection is so important. The beauty of taking online classes is that you can choose to take your quiet space and not interact too! My intention is that our space is held in a spirit of community.
Recordings of classes and workshops are also offered for 7 days for you to enjoy in your own time if you miss the live class or the time doesn't suit your schedule.
Classes cater to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students. Yoga classes are open to everyone and involve mindful movement, breathing practices, self-led inquiry, strengthening with ease and very importantly, relaxation. Classes will benefit you whatever stage in life you might be at – whatever age you are, there is yoga for you. We believe that yoga is designed to fit the student's needs and not the student to fit the yoga poses. Yoga is for everyone, for all ages and abilities.
