YOGA ESSENCE

Yoga classes with Sonya are gentle yet are designed carefully to help build stability in the body, grounding in the heart and mind.  All students are very much encouraged to progress at their own pace and comfort.  Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone whatever your flexibility or fitness level is and is also excellent for beginners.  You do not have to be flexible! Just willing to breathe and relax.  All weekly classes are held live and online, for you to enjoy from comfort of your own home.  You will also have access to the class recordings for 7 days to enjoy your class at a time that suits you!
