When to move levels: We advise generally that beginners attend at least 12 classes regularly at beginners level to become comfortable with the yoga movements (asana) and have a good awareness of correct and safe alignment before considering to move to an improver level. But remember the practice of yoga is non-competitive and it's perfect to attend a level that suits you, your body and maybe you like the pace and vibe of the class so yes it's good to be happy where you are.
